We are a privately owned business. Most of our suppliers we have had for many years, but we are constantly in search of the best possible product that is appropriate for your home (click here to view a list of our available products and suppliers). Normal manufacturing is 3 to 6 weeks. |

Most manufacturing material warranties are lifetime and transferable. Our normal labor warranty is 1 year. Glass breakage warranty available. |
| What Is Normally Included: |
Top quality silicone/latex caulking, trim in and out, adjustments, disposal of old materials, and job site cleanup. |
| What Is Normally Not Included: |
Washing windows, painting, staining, and alarms. Please remove blinds and drapes and clear the immediate area, so we can work... thanks. |
| Terms: |
A down payment is traditional. Final payment is due when the work is done. The installers normally ask for a check when they are done. FINANCING IS AVAILABLE. |
